運営者7thcodeは、本サービスに以下の利用状況ログの共通条項を適用します。 共通条項は情報の取扱方針を定めるもので、記載されたすべての操作を計測するものではありません。 実際の取得情報と取扱いは、このページのサービス別説明をご確認ください。
本条項は、運営者が提供するサービスのうち、本条項を適用する旨を表示したサービスに適用します。実際に取得する情報、保存および削除の条件、委託先は、各サービスの説明に記載します。
サービスの利用に伴い、以下の情報のうち、各サービスの説明に記載した項目を、運営および改善に必要な範囲で記録します。
利用状 況の分析用ログには、入力・アップロードされた本文やファイルの内容、氏名、メールアドレス、住所、決済情報、パスワード、認証トークンそのものを記録しません。サービス提供に必要な業務データや認証情報、セキュリティ対策のためのアクセスログは、各サービスの説明に記載します。
利用量の計測を請求額や利用上限の判定にも使用するサービスでは、その対象と計測方法を料金説明または利用規約に明示します。
利用状況に関する情報は、アカウントまたは利用組織に関連付けて管理する場合があります。そのため、これらの情報を一律に匿名の情報として扱うものではありません。
複数のサービスで共通の記録方式を使用する場合でも、サービス間で利用者の行動履歴を関連付けて分析することはありません。
保存期間、利用終了時の取扱いおよび削除請求への対応は、各サービスの説明に記載します。固定の保存期間を定める場合は、その期間が経過した後に削除します。
バックアップに含まれる情報の取扱いは、稼働中のデータと分けて説明します。法令上の保存義務への対応や、発生したセキュリティ事象の調査のために保存を継続する場合は、対象情報と期間を必要な範囲に限定します。
サービス運営に必要な範囲で、情報の保管や処理を外部事業者に委託する場合があります。委託先および保存・処理する国や地域に関する情報は、各サービスの説明または問い合わせ窓口で案内します。
情報へのアクセスを業務上必要な範囲に制限し、通信の暗号化など、取り扱う情報に応じた安全管理措置を講じます。
情報の取扱いに関するお問い合わせ、開示、訂正、削除または利用停止等の請求は、各サービスの問い合わせ窓口で受け付けます。本人または正当な権限を持つ代理人であることを確認したうえで、適用される法令に従って対応します。
取得する情報、利用目的その他の取扱いを変更する場合は、変更内容と適用開始日を公開ページに掲載します。利用 者への影響が大きい変更は、サービス内のお知らせなどでも通知し、法令上必要な場合は同意を取得します。
本アプリは、サービス提供に必要な最小限の情報のみを保存します。
管理画面印刷の利用統計は、請求額や月間発行数の判定には使用しません。 月間発行数は 発行履歴を基準に各プランの条件に従って集計します。 印刷統計は正常生成したプレビューの数であり、実際に用紙へ印刷した数ではありません。
法令に基づく場合を除き、保存した情報を第三者へ販売しません。サービス運営に必要な 範囲で、データ保管をRailwayおよびCloudflareへ、店舗担当者宛の通知メール(月間発行枠の 到達通知など)の送信をResend(Resend, Inc.)へ委託します。Resendへ渡すのは通知先メール アドレス・件名・本文(発行枚数・上限・プラン名)のみで、購入者の情報は含めません。
設定・発行ログ・管理画面印刷の利用統計はクラウドインフラ(Railway)上のデータベースに、 任意でアップロードしたロゴ・角印画像はCloudflare R2に保存されます。通信はTLSで暗号化されます。 保存・処理する国や地域に関する情報は、下記窓口へお問い合わせください。
購入者向けページではCookieを使用しません。ストア管理画面では、Shopifyが提供する セッショントークンによる認証のみを利用します。
製品紹介サイト(self-receipt.7thcode.app)では、アクセス解析のために Google アナリティクス(Google LLC)を利用しています。Cookie等を通じて 閲覧ページ・クリック等の利用状況やCookie等の識別子がGoogle社へ送信されます。 氏名・メールアドレスなどを解析イベントの項目として送信しません。 計測を望まない場合は、ブラウザの設定または Googleアナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンをご利用ください。
本ポリシーを改定する場合は、本ページで告知します。重要な変更がある場合は アプリ内でもお知らせします。

The operator, 7thcode, applies the following common terms to this service. These terms describe how usage information is handled; they do not mean that every listed operation is tracked. The service-specific disclosures below describe the information actually collected and how it is handled.
These terms apply to services offered by the operator that expressly adopt them. Each service describes the information actually collected, its retention and deletion conditions, and its service providers.
We record only the following categories specified in each service's description, to the extent needed to operate and improve that service.
Usage analytics logs do not contain entered or uploaded text or file contents, names, email addresses, postal addresses, payment information, passwords, or authentication tokens themselves. Business data and credentials needed to provide the service, and access logs used for security, are described separately for each service.
If a service also uses usage measurement to determine charges or usage limits, the applicable operations and measurement methods are disclosed in its pricing information or terms of service.
Usage information may be associated with an account or organization. We therefore do not treat all such information as anonymous.
Using a common recording format across services does not involve linking a user's behavioral history across those services for analysis.
Each service describes retention, handling after service termination, and responses to deletion requests. Where a fixed retention period is specified, the information is deleted after that period.
Handling of backup copies is described separately from active data. If information must be retained to meet legal obligations or investigate a security incident, we limit the scope and duration to what is necessary.
We may entrust storage and processing to external providers as necessary to operate the service. Details of providers and countries or regions of storage and processing are available in each service's description or through its contact point.
We restrict access to information to business needs and apply safeguards appropriate to the information, including encryption in transit.
Questions and requests for access, correction, deletion, or restriction of use can be sent to each service's contact point. We verify the requester’s identity or authority to act on another person's behalf and respond in accordance with applicable law.
Changes to the information collected, purposes, or other handling practices will be published with their effective date. Changes that materially affect users will also be communicated through in-service notices or similar channels, and consent will be obtained where required by law.
Order and customer data are fetched from the Shopify API as needed. Apart from the issuance records and authentication data described above, buyer email addresses used for verification and shipping addresses are not stored in our database. We never access payment credentials.
We use information to verify buyers, issue and reproduce receipts, provide issuance history, measure monthly issuance under the applicable plan, and understand feature usage and improve plans. Admin Print statistics do not determine charges or monthly issuance counts. They measure successfully generated previews, not physical printing.
Settings, issuance logs, and Admin Print usage statistics are stored on Railway, while optional logo and seal images are stored in Cloudflare R2. Data is encrypted in transit. We never sell stored data; Railway and Cloudflare process it only as infrastructure providers, except where disclosure is required by law. Merchant notification emails (such as monthly quota alerts) are delivered through Resend (Resend, Inc.); only the notification address, subject, and body (issuance counts, limit, and plan name) are passed to Resend, never customer data. Information about storage and processing countries or regions can be requested through our contact point.
Our marketing site (self-receipt.7thcode.app) uses Google Analytics to understand usage (pages viewed, clicks), using cookies and similar identifiers. We do not send names or email addresses as analytics event fields. Browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on can be used to limit this tracking. The app itself and the customer-facing receipt pages do not use analytics cookies.
